Rates 

The fee for a  session is $150.  A session is 50 minutes. The fee is the same for individuals or couples therapy.

Insurance

I am a preferred provider for UNITED HEALTHCARE, AETNA, MHN, BLUE CROSS, BLUE SHIELD, CIGNA (EVERNORTH) and ANTHEM.

My counseling services may be covered in full, or in part, by your health insurance/PPO Plan provider. Some health insurances/PPOs reimburse the psychotherapy fee fully, some partially. If you are planning on using health insurance, it is always recommended you check with your insurance regarding your coverage first and ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• Does my plan cover out of network providers?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician or from my insurance?
