We begin a journey, and together we explore these practical methods that will help you through the difficult times. I will help you explore how your thoughts and feelings affect your behavior.  We will also look at how past experiences may be a direct link to some of the emotional roadblocks that prevent you from unlocking your true potential. It will give you the self-improvement that you need to feel comfortable and empowered in your daily life.

EMDR, (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), is a type of psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms of emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. The mind can heal from psychological trauma and distress just like the body recovers from physical trauma. Specific types of bilateral stimulation are implemented to begin reprocessing the distressing issues.
